By accessing or using Chart Vision, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any additional policies we make available, including our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You agree that:
- You are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- You have the legal authority to enter into these terms.
- You will provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
- You will keep your login credentials secure and notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
We may refuse registration, suspend access, or require additional verification if we believe an account is being used in a way that violates these terms or presents a security risk.
3. The service
Chart Vision provides software tools, dashboards, alerts, analytics, trading-related insights, and support features. We may change or discontinue features at any time, provided that we handle paid subscriptions in accordance with applicable law and the terms of the relevant plan.
Not financial advice
Information displayed in the service is for informational and educational purposes only unless we explicitly state otherwise. Nothing in the service should be understood as investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions.
Device permissions and access
Some features depend on permissions you control on your device:
- Photo library access: If you choose to set or update a profile photo, you may be asked to allow access to your photo library.
- Push notifications: If you want alerts for signals, results, VIP posts, announcements, or account messages, you may be asked to grant notification permission on mobile devices.
- Denied permissions: If you deny a permission or later revoke it, the related feature may stop working or may work in a limited way until you re-enable access in your device settings.
- No hidden permissions: The current build does not rely on camera, microphone, location, Bluetooth, or contact-book permissions.
4. Trading and financial risk
Trading and investing involve risk, including the possible loss of principal. Historical results, backtests, signal summaries, or performance charts do not guarantee future results.
- You should evaluate risk carefully before acting on any information shown in the service.
- Market conditions can change quickly and without notice.
- You are responsible for verifying information before relying on it.
- We are not responsible for losses caused by market movements, execution delays, or third-party outages.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Some parts of the service may require payment. If you purchase a subscription or other paid product:
- You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the applicable fees and taxes.
- Billing may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
- Refunds, if any, are handled according to the specific offer, plan, or applicable law.
- Prices and plan features may change, and we will communicate material changes when required.
- Failed or reversed payments may result in suspension of paid features until the account is brought current.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service. For example, you must not:

7. Your content and feedback

The service lets you submit and manage profile details, trade records, notes, screenshots, support messages, and saved content preferences. You are responsible for making sure any data you submit is accurate and that you have the right to upload any image, note, or attachment you provide.

We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or actions outside of our reasonable control.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, created a security risk, or used the service in a way that could harm us, other users, or third parties.
You may stop using the service at any time. If your account is closed, certain obligations that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including ownership, payment, liability, indemnity, and dispute provisions.
10. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chart Vision and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or relating to your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or the minimum amount allowed by law, whichever is higher where permitted.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chart Vision from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the service, your content, your violation of these terms, or your violation of another person's rights.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated terms and update the effective date above. If you continue using the service after the updated terms become effective, you agree to the revised version.
